[國際訂單] Logistics Coordinator

工作內容

Principal Objective: The principal objective of Logistic Coordinator is to ensure smooth operations from getting sales order to ship the products aiming for maximum efficiency.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with related parties from TW / China / Asia / USA/ Europe suppliers \& brokers in logistics related activities.
• Managing sample inventories and the shipment status in Taipei office.
• Work with sales and factory to process the order.
• Maintain Logistics related activities from SAP system.
• Issue ProForma Invoice/ Delivery note/ Commercial Invoice.
• Maintain vessel schedule (including ETD/ETA/SI/CD date) in delivery note.
• Process order from the Sales Team and ensure on-time delivery to the clients.
• Arrange shipment to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
• Send shipping document to the customer.
• Billing of Sales before ETD for each shipment.
• Arrange freight and insurance fee for the customer.

條件要求

Experience \& Education

1. BA degree in International Business, English or related field.

2. Fluent English in spoken \& written.

3. Freshman is welcome; but with 1-2 years working experience in International Trade or Logistics field is a plus.

1. Ability to stay organized with a keen attention to detail

2. Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and data

3. Good time management skills for muti-tasking

4. Highly proactive, autonomous and disciplined

5. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

6. Specializing in the process of order flow, international trade

Technology

1. Proficient in the MS Office Suite
