Job Description

The Logistics Operator is responsible for managing the flow of materials within the warehouse and production areas, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and store incoming materials and goods
  • Prepare and manage material picking and kitting for production lines
  • Handle internal material movements between warehouse and production areas
  • Manage shipping activities, including packing and documentation
  • Perform inventory checks and support stock accuracy (cycle counts, stocktaking)
  • Ensure correct use of warehouse systems (e.g. ERP, barcode scanners)
  • Monitor material availability and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes

Qualifications Hard Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
  • Experience with ERP systems and/or barcode scanners (preferred)
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g. forklift – license is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)

  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
