We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator with 4–5 years of relevant experience in vehicle, fleet and heavy equipment logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transportation, delivery, collection, and movement of vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Plan and monitor daily logistics activities and transportation schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, operators, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Arrange mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, transport documents, equipment records, and logistics reports.
- Track vehicle and equipment movements and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with transport companies and third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure all required permits, documents, and approvals are available before transportation.
- Handle logistics-related issues and coordinate solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet and equipment movements.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong experience handling vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery, and transportation logistics.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
- Good knowledge of logistics planning, transportation coordination, and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple movements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
