About the role

As our Logistics Coordinator you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics, procurement and compliance processes. From arranging shipments to maintaining accurate records, you'll bring your operational expertise and commitment to continuous improvement. Working collaboratively across teams, suppliers, and partners, you’ll help drive efficiency and deliver excellent service, both internally and externally.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate local and international shipments, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Prepare and lodge necessary export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Origin, etc.).
  • Liaise with transport companies to manage despatch and delivery processes.
  • Maintain and update accurate records within ERP and manual systems.
  • Monitor import/export processes, including duties and permits.
  • Contribute to procurement activities, including managing orders and supplier relationships.
  • Prepare weekly shipment reports and communicate shipment statuses effectively.
  • Promote a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety policies.

About You

  • Experience in warehouse and supply chain environments, with knowledge of international freight coordination and import/export processes and duties/ taxes.
  • Experience with Certificate or Origin, Free Trade Agreement, International Trade Compliance, Letter of Credit (LC) shipments
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and data management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Able to resolve shipment delays, communicate risks early, and maintain accurate records under competing deadlines.
