Locum Physiotherapist (Home Therapy - Henderson & Queenstown)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Initial Assessment and using relevant outcome measures

Design Individualised care Plan and goal settings

Provide treatment intervention at home setting

Caregiver training and equipment prescription

Discharge planning and refer to other services if required

Handle other admin duties

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by Allied Health Professions Council

Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council

Good interpersonal skills

Have relevant experience in Home Therapy

Independent in conducting assessments and intervention at home setting

Design the individualised care plan tailored to each patient

St. Andrew's Mission Hospital (SAMH) first began as a free dispensary for poor local and migrant women and children in 1913. Today, SAMH operates St. Andrew's Community Hospital, St. Andrew’s Autism Centre, St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital Clinics, St. Andrew’s Nursing Homes at Buangkok, Henderson and Queenstown and St. Andrew’s Senior Care centres at Kampong Glam, Tampines, Henderson and Queenstown.

St. John's-St. Margaret’s Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre at Dover Avenue will begin operations in 2021.
