Job Scope:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, functional and mobility status.

Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.

Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, mobility and movement efficiency.

Educate clients and caregivers on appropriate exercises, fall prevention and safe mobility techniques.

Monitor and document clients' progress, treatment outcomes and clinical interventions accurately.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic and client-centred care.

Participate in client case conferences, community outreach and health promotion activities.

Supervise therapy assistants and support clinical student placements where required.

Participate in internal training and continuous professional development programmes.

Provide physiotherapy services across various care settings, including

Home Rehabilitation, Community Rehabilitation, Community Hospitals and Nursing Homes

, where required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.

Fully registered with the

Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore

.

Candidates with relevant physiotherapy experience in rehabilitation, community care or healthcare settings will be advantageous.
