Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare services including facials, body treatments, and waxing.
- Provide professional recommendations on skincare regimens and products.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs and concerns.
- Enhance guest experience through excellent customer service and communication.
- Upsell products and services to clients based on their individual needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills:
- Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash/brow services, and facial treatments.
- Experience with spa software for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.
- Strong sales skills for upselling products and additional treatments.
- Prior experience in guest services within a spa or salon setting.
