Responsibilities

  • Act as a world-class consultant to buyers and sellers, guiding them through the Charleston housing market.
  • Attend pre-booked client appointments hand-delivered to you by our ISA team.
  • Conduct home showings, negotiate offers, and maintain a high level of accountability and hustle.
  • Commit to weekly training, scripts practice, and coaching to consistently scale your skill set. Once mastered- our agents have full autonomy to run their businesses on their own

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid South Carolina Real Estate License OR a strong willingness to enroll in licensing school asap (we will guide you through this process).
  • A fierce, competitive work ethic and a desire to control your own income.
  • Excellent communication, cell phone, and face-to-face relationship skills.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for client showings around the Tri-County area.
  • A full-time commitment to your business (we do not hire part-time or hobbyist agents).
