As a Legal Counsel, you will join the Legal Department of TGW Iberia, working closely with business functions such as Sales and Project Management, as well as with the Group Legal team in Austria, within a truly international and solution-oriented environment.

This is a part-time position (30 hours per week), and fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING * Review and validation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in accordance with group policies * Analysis and review of commercial contracts (LOIs, agreements, annexes) in French, Spanish, and English * Identification and assessment of legal and financial risks related to contracts * Negotiation of contractual terms with clients in coordination with the Sales team * Drafting and revision of contracts and contractual amendments * Providing support to Project Managers on contract management matters * Legal advisory on commercial law topics and risk mitigation related to suppliers and subcontractors * Close collaboration with the Group’s international legal department (Austria) * Occasional business travel to France (\~15%)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED * Law degree (specialisation in French Commercial Law is required) * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role * Fluent French and English * Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and strong attention to detail
