The Position

We are looking for a digitally savvy and passionate Legal and Compliance Partner to join our Legal\& Compliance team at Roche Pharma Turkiye. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting our reputation, ensuring high ethical standards, and supporting strategic decision-making with expert legal and compliance guidance.

What will you do

As a Legal and Compliance Partner, you will be a strategic partner for Roche Pharma Turkiye, providing proactive, commercially focused, and digitally driven legal and compliance services. You will design internal workflows, mitigate risks, support corporate governance, and optimize auditing processes to drive organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team in ensuring high standards of Business Ethics policies, facilitating their effective implementation across employees and third parties in line with local rules and the Roche Code of Conduct.
• Designing, mapping, and continuously optimizing internal legal, compliance, and governance workflows. Leveraging advanced digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to automate routine compliance monitoring, streamline contract management, and enhance data-driven risk assessments.
• Establishing and executing comprehensive compliance due diligence processes for third parties, distributors, and vendors, while continuously monitoring business partner risks.
• Overseeing and managing corporate governance processes, including preparing General Assembly meetings, drafting Board of Directors resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and handling official registry filings.
• Formulating and executing internal compliance audit plans, identifying/managing risks (including internal/external investigations), and documenting Business Ethics Incidents (BEI).
• Drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial agreements incorporating digital contract management practices. Managing the company's litigation portfolio, coordinating with external counsel, and developing robust strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Supporting the compliance monitoring program, preparing clear reports for senior management, and collaborating with global/regional teams to ensure a harmonized approach.
• Providing high-quality advice on legal, compliance, and audit issues using modern training and communication methods. Periodically following up on legislative and regulatory developments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Who are you

As a Legal and Compliance Partner, you are a proactive, analytical, and business-minded professional with a high adaptability and eagerness for continuous learning. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring a strong ability to navigate complex regulatory environments using modern technology.

You bring the following qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in contract law, commercial law, litigation management, and corporate governance processes.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory landscape is a strong plus.
• High digital literacy with practical experience in utilizing AI tools, legal-tech platforms, automation, and data analytics software to optimize legal and compliance operations.
• Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills, with exposure to commercial agreements and internal workflow mapping.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish to effectively collaborate with internal, external, and global stakeholders.
