We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal \& Administrative Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal coordination, corporate administration, document management, compliance follow-ups, and day-to-day office administration activities.
The candidate should have experience dealing with legal documentation, government authorities, contracts, corporate records, and administrative operations within the UAE, preferably in the real estate, development, construction, or project management sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal \& Compliance Responsibilities
- Draft, review, format, and organize legal documents, agreements, letters, NDAs, MoUs, contracts, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage legal records, company documents, licenses, permits, and corporate files.
- Track contract timelines, renewals, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Support management with documentation related to real estate, development, construction, and project transactions.
- Assist in preparing documentation for authorities such as:
- Dubai Land Department (DLD)
- RERA
- Dubai Municipality
- DDA
- Trakhees
- DIFC and other relevant authorities
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Support in preparing meeting minutes, official notices, and internal memos.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and office correspondence.
- Handle document submissions, approvals, and follow-ups with authorities and third parties.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers when required.
- Ensure office operations and documentation processes are properly maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in legal coordination and administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate and legal documentation practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, development, construction, or project management industry.
- Familiarity with UAE authority procedures and documentation processes.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Experience with contract administration and compliance tracking is preferred.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
