The school is looking for a calm, reliable and encouraging Learning Support Assistant who can work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You may be supporting children with additional needs, helping pupils stay focused in lessons, assisting with literacy and numeracy, and working alongside the class teacher to create a positive learning environment.

Previous school experience is helpful, but we are also interested in hearing from people with experience in care, youth work, childcare, tutoring, sports coaching or supporting children with SEND.
