Your impact

Our Life Sciences Team are expanding and would like to hire a Lead Civil and Structural Engineer.

Main Duties:

Leading design and calculations of building foundations, substructure, \& superstructure for various design stages, adhering to various requirements.

Collaborate and communicate with client and project team members from various disciplines to formulate and integrate the design which fit for purpose, suitable to support the functions and interfaces with equipment.

Managing Singapore Authority structural submission package and respond to the authority queries.

Construction \& technical support: conduct review of shop drawings, respond to site queries, conduct site verification.

Here's what you'll need

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:

Minimum Bachelor of Civil Engineering

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and designing life science/pharmaceutical type of facilities in Singapore.

Familiarity with Singapore BCA Euro code, Greenmark, Buildability score and Singapore C\&S permitting requirements.
