We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who can take full ownership of end-to-end business analysis activities across key client and internal initiatives. You are not just documenting requirements—you are shaping how solutions are defined, structured, and delivered. You will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.
You will lead analysis efforts across multiple projects, guide requirement discovery workshops, and ensure that every solution we deliver is grounded in real business value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Leadership:
Lead the full lifecycle of business requirements gathering, validation, and documentation across projects.
Process Analysis:
Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Solution Definition:
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with internal teams and external clients to define project scope and priorities.
Documentation \& Modeling:
Create user stories, process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
Quality \& Testing Support:
Support UAT planning and execution to ensure delivered solutions meet defined requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role in consulting, enterprise, or corporate environments.
Technical \& Analytical Skills:
Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.
Methodology Knowledge:
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project delivery environments.
Communication Skills:
Ability to clearly communicate complex requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Mindset:
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex business problems into structured solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
