About the Roles

We are seeking a Landscaper to join our team in Lavender, offering a permanent position with a structured workweek of 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8 am - 5 pm, Sat: 8 am - 12 pm). This role provides a competitive basic salary of up to $2,450 along with a variable bonus, giving you the opportunity to contribute to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces while enjoying a stable and rewarding work arrangement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants.
• Water, prune, fertilise, and remove weeds to ensure plant health.
• Conduct pest control and safely apply pesticides to protect plants from diseases.
• Perform routine landscape maintenance to keep outdoor areas neat and attractive.
• Follow task schedules and complete assignments efficiently.
• Trim and shape plants regularly as part of ongoing maintenance.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed.
• Carry out additional related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Possession of relevant certificates or prior experience is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of landscape upkeep, including plant trimming and pruning.
• Ability to work outdoors and adhere to safety procedures, especially when handling pesticides.
