About the Role
We are hiring a motivated Account Manager to join our B2B enterprise sales team in Oman. This role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients for leading telecom solutions in Oman through a confidential telecom channel partner.
This is a pure target-driven corporate sales role, focused on new business acquisition, monthly enterprise SIM activations (postpaid voice \& data), and long-term client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Identify and onboard new B2B / corporate clients across Oman
- Generate consistent monthly enterprise SIM activations (postpaid telecom services)
- Conduct cold calling, field visits, networking, and lead generation activities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate prospects
2. Account Management
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with assigned corporate clients
- Act as the main point of contact for enterprise accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Revenue Growth
- Upsell and cross-sell telecom enterprise solutions
- Increase monthly revenue contribution from existing clients
- Identify expansion opportunities within corporate accounts
4. Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly activation and revenue targets
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and CRM reporting
- Consistently deliver against KPIs
5. Coordination
- Work closely with internal operations and provisioning teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation process for clients
- Handle customer queries and coordinate issue resolution

- Monthly number of new enterprise SIM activations
- Total monthly revenue generated
- Lead conversion rate
- Upselling and cross-selling performance
- Account retention and growth
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Must Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages:
- English
- Hindi
- Malayalam - added advantage
- Arabic - added advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and work in sales
- High dedication, discipline, and target-driven mindset
- Valid Oman Driving License and Car - Must
Preferred (Added Advantage):
- Arabic language skills
- Prior experience in B2B sales, telecom, or field sales
- Experience in corporate client handling
