نبحث عن مشرف تنسيق حدائق / ري / سوفت سكيب يتمتع بخبرة وكفاءة عالية للإشراف على عمليات الموقع اليومية وضمان تنفيذ أعمال اللاندسكيب والري وفقاً للمواصفات والمعايير المطلوبة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• الإشراف على أعمال تنسيق الحدائق والري سوفت سكيب داخل الموقع.
• تنظيم وتوزيع العمال والمعدات والمواد لضمان إنجاز العمل في الوقت المحدد.
• متابعة جودة تركيب النباتات وشبكات الري وجميع الأعمال المرتبطة بها.
• إجراء زيارات تفقدية للموقع وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
• إعداد تقارير يومية عن التقدم ورفعها إلى المهندس أو مدير المشروع.
• تدريب وتوجيه العمال لضمان تحقيق أفضل أداء.
• التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين عند الحاجة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في مجال الإشراف على أعمال اللاندسكيب والري.
• معرفة قوية بأنظمة الري وأعمال سوفت سكيب.
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسومات ومستندات المشروع.
• مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل وحل المشكلات.
• بطاقة إقامة قطرية سارية وقابلة للتحويل + خطاب عدم ممانعة (NOC).
• رخصة قيادة قطرية (إلزامية).
• التواجد داخل قطر مع جاهزية للانضمام فوراً.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Landscape Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily landscape maintenance activities, managing site teams, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with clients and management to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily landscape maintenance and gardening activities.
• Lead and monitor landscapers, gardeners, irrigation workers, and other site staff.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to the schedule.
• Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, lawns, trees, shrubs, and seasonal plants.
• Ensure proper pruning, trimming, planting, fertilizing, watering, and general landscape maintenance.
• Inspect work sites regularly and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with clients, site representatives, engineers, and management when required.
• Prepare daily work schedules, manpower allocation, and site activity reports.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance of site workers.
• Ensure tools, equipment, materials, and machinery are properly used and maintained.
• Identify landscape and irrigation problems and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to company procedures.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Report site issues, material requirements, manpower requirements, and maintenance concerns to management.
• Train and guide landscape workers to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain proper records of site activities, inspections, and maintenance works.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Landscape Supervisor or similar position.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Previous experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred.
• Good knowledge of plants, trees, lawns, irrigation systems, and landscaping practices.
• Strong team leadership and manpower management skills.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and landscape drawings is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple site activities.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, organized, and physically fit.
• Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
