A nursery is seeking an experienced Female English Academic Supervisor with strong educational expertise and leadership skills to enhance the overall quality of English education.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Arab nationality is required.
• Excellent command of English.
• Relevant university degree.
• Strong teaching experience.
• Previous academic supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, evaluation, and coaching skills.
• Good knowledge of Early Years English education.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the English curriculum and educational plans.
• Observe classes and improve teaching quality.
• Guide, support, and develop teachers’ performance.
• Monitor children’s progress and address areas of weakness.
• Develop effective teaching strategies that lead to measurable improvement in children’s English skills.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a supervisor who can develop teachers, improve the classroom experience, and raise children’s academic level — not simply monitor performance.
