Olive & Barr is one of the UK’s fastest-growing handmade kitchen brands, known for beautifully crafted, bespoke kitchens and a highly personal design-led approach. This spring, we opened a brand-new showroom in the heart of Clifton Village, Bristol, and we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer to join the team.

The Role

• Designing and selling bespoke handmade kitchens
• Managing your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to order
• Working with a combination of national enquiries and local showroom walk-ins
• Delivering an exceptional, consultative customer experience
• Using Winner Flex or similar kitchen design software

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience designing handmade kitchens (essential)
• Proven experience in a design-and-sales role within the kitchen industry
• Confident managing your own pipeline and closing sales
• Strong design eye with excellent client-facing skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
• Experienced using Winner Flex or comparable software

Working Pattern

• Full-time role
• 3 out of 4 Saturdays per month
• Showroom opening hours match our existing showrooms

Package & Opportunity
