Reports to: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Job Purpose
To support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in line with fine dining expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep kitchen areas, floors, and storage areas clean and tidy
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries correctly
- Follow health \& safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is an advantage but not essential
- Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Working Hours
- Shift-based, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD140.000 - BD160.000 per month
