In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key 3C retailers and hypermarket customers. You will drive sustainable sales growth, profitability, market share, and operational excellence through effective customer planning, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across major 3C retailers and hypermarket accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business model, commercial priorities, store operations, and category strategy.
Develop and execute annual customer business plans aligned with Signify’s overall channel, sales, marketing, and profitability objectives.
Identify growth opportunities by customer, product category, store format, region, and promotional period.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and agree on corrective actions.
Deliver sales, gross margin, market share, and distribution targets for assigned key accounts.
Drive both sell-in and sell-out performance through effective assortment planning, new product listings, promotional execution, and in-store visibility.
Identify opportunities to expand product listings, shelf space, store coverage, and category penetration.
Develop joint business plans and promotional calendars with key customers.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, new product launches, customer-specific promotions, and in-store activation programs.
Evaluate promotional effectiveness, return on investment, sales uplift, and post-promotion performance.
Manage PSI planning, including sales forecasts, purchase plans, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
Work closely with customers, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and product availability.
Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, weeks of supply, slow-moving items, and potential stock risks.
Develop timely action plans to prevent out-of-stock situations, excess inventory, and aged stock.
Track and analyze account performance using relevant KPIs, including sales, gross margin, sell-out, inventory, forecast accuracy, distribution, promotion effectiveness, and customer profitability.
Use data and market insights to identify business opportunities, performance gaps, and corrective actions.
Prepare regular account performance reports, business reviews, and sales forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead or support annual contract negotiations, business term renewals, listing agreements, promotional conditions, rebates, and other commercial arrangements with key accounts.
Ensure that all commercial agreements comply with company policies, approval processes, profitability requirements, and financial controls.
Proactively identify and resolve customer-related issues, including pricing, product availability, delivery, inventory, returns, promotions, claims, and contract execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions while protecting the company’s commercial interests.
Work closely with Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and business plans are successfully executed.
Provide clear customer and market feedback to support product development, pricing decisions, demand planning, and channel strategy.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, customer strategies, channel developments, and consumer purchasing behavior.
Translate market insights into practical account strategies and commercial actions.
Experience managing leading 3C retail chains, hypermarkets, or modern trade customers in Taiwan is highly preferred.
Experience in lighting, consumer electronics, electrical products, home appliances, home improvement, or FMCG industries would be an advantage.
