We are a NZ company which focus on education supporting services for the schools in NZ and the international students and their families.

We are now seeking for a marketing manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• The minimum and maximum pay range: From NZD35/hour to NZD70/hour
• The location of the role: This role will be based in Auckland. But sometimes need to take business trip to other cities to meet the schools
• Minimum hours of work: 40 hours

Job Description

• Direct/supervise other partners in China;
• Training the new staffs and manage the team in near future;
• Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates the sales and marketing activities between our organisation and our partners;
• Focus on new business development;
• Maintain customer relationship with our partner in China and the schools in New Zealand;
• Managing social media operation.

The minimum skills, experience and qualifications required for the role

• Minimum 5 years’ management experience together with the business development ability in marketing or a tertiary qualification (postgraduate preferred);
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills in both Mandarin and English;
• Be willing to go to China for business trips occasionally to meet and discuss with our business partners, students and their parents regarding the updated information of the schools and education politics of New Zealand;
• Due to the time difference, working time might be adjusted occasionally according to the demands arising from our partners and the students in China.
