The Junior Sales Manager \& Deputy Residence Manager plays a key dual role in driving occupancy, revenue growth, and operational excellence within the student residence. The position combines hands-on sales execution with operational support, contributing to commercial performance through active sales, strategic partnerships, and structured upselling initiatives, while ensuring high service standards and smooth day-to-day operations.

• Sales \& Customer Acquisition – Actively acquire new customers and build partnerships with companies and universities to maximize occupancy.
• Sales Process Management – Organize and oversee the entire sales process, utilize booking systems, and manage client data effectively.
• Customer Engagement \& Viewings – Respond to inquiries, conduct property viewings, and support marketing activities.
• Operational Support – Ensure smooth daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Standards \& Compliance – Monitor adherence to internal quality and sales standards while supporting compliance with reporting requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of practical experience at the Front Office and/or in hotel or accommodation, sales is an advantage.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (both oral and written).
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and structured working style.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel.
• PMS and CRS experience are an advantage.
