Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma of Interior Design or Architectural Studies/Technologist.
- Minimum 1 years working experience (including internship) of Interior Design or Architectural field.
- Experience with Commerical Interior Design a definite asset.
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code.
- Strong three-dimensional visualization skill.
- Good communication (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills and proactive personality.
- Excellent proficiency with AutoCAD, Archicad, and Photoshop
- Capable of working individually and as a team member while following Company’s Technical Standards.
- Capable of multi-tasking and carrying out project-related administrative work.
- Travel may be required.
- Be willing to work overtime.
- Must be self-initiative.
Design Responsibilities:
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
- Assist in designing stage including, but not limited to, block planning, feasibility study, space planning, design concept, presentation drawings, color boards, etc.
- Assist in project implementation including, but not limited to, space analysis and programming, site measuring, floor plans, working drawings and as-built drawings update, etc.
- Sample library update. meetings and coordination with suppliers.
- Design materials, fixtures, products sourcing and acquisition of samples.
- Attend Internal Co-ordination and Project Meetings.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
