Junior Fashion Designer / Quality Control Specialist (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Fashion Designer / Quality Control Specialist to join our fashion production team. The successful candidate will assist with fashion design-related tasks, inspect garments for quality, and ensure that finished products meet the company's quality standards and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail, an interest in fashion and garment production, and the ability to identify quality issues in embroidery, stitching, finishing, and overall garment presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control \& Garment Inspection

• Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet company quality standards and client specifications.
• Check stitching, embroidery, fabric quality, measurements, finishing, and overall garment appearance.
• Identify defects, irregularities, and finishing issues and coordinate with the production team for corrections.
• Ensure garments are properly finished, pressed, cleaned, and ready for final delivery.
• Conduct quality checks at different stages of production and before final dispatch.
• Report recurring quality issues to the concerned team and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure garments meet the required design specifications and approved samples.

Fashion Design \& Production Support

• Assist the fashion design and production teams with daily tasks.
• Review designs, patterns, and garment samples to ensure they match the approved specifications.
• Assist with fabric, embroidery, and design-related coordination.
• Support sample checking and the development of new collections as required.
• Coordinate with tailors, embroiderers, and production staff to resolve design and finishing issues.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
