Duties

• Support senior barbers by preparing workstations and assisting during haircut and grooming services
• Greet clients warmly at the front desk, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon or barbershop
• Learn and perform basic hair styling techniques under supervision to meet client requests
• Engage with clients through active communication to understand their grooming needs and preferences
• Promote retail products such as hair care items and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing walk-in clients efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and grooming practices
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards rigorously
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced professionals
• Previous experience in retail sales or front desk roles is a plus but not required

Pay: $800.00-$1,500.00 per week
