Job Description
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to assist the Senior Site Supervisor in coordinating daily construction activities. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with no prior site experience, with full training and guidance provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site coordination and work activities.
- Monitor work progress and follow up with contractors and workers.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Assist with site inspections, reporting and documentation.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, properly and on schedule.
- Support the senior site team with day-to-day site operations.
- Travel to Johor and other project sites when required.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Diploma/Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building or related field is an advantage.
- Willing to learn, receive training and develop site management skills.
- Willing to travel and work at different project locations.
- Responsible, proactive, hardworking and reliable.
- Comfortable with hands-on construction site work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow.
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Overtime may be required depending on project schedules.
