Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and workers
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and quality standards
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety requirements
Prepare site reports and update project progress
Attend to site issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant construction/site experience
Able to read and understand construction drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and handle site matters
Willing to travel/work at construction sites
Fresh candidates with relevant experience may also be considered

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
