About Revive Renovation:

Revive Renovation is a Dubai-based fit-out and renovation company with in-house joinery and landscaping teams, allowing us to manage production and installation quality end-to-end rather than relying solely on subcontractors. We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee factory production and on-site installation of custom joinery items — including kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, and other bespoke woodwork - ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination between the factory and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily joinery factory operations, including fabrication scheduling and workflow of vanities, kitchens, wardrobes, and other custom units

* Oversee on-site installation of joinery items, ensuring fit, finish, and alignment with approved shop drawings

* Review and interpret shop drawings and specifications; flag discrepancies before production begins

* Coordinate between the factory team, site team, and Project Manager to align production timelines with installation schedules

* Conduct quality checks at both factory and site stages — material selection, joinery, finishing, hardware fitting

* Manage and mentor a team of carpenters/fabricators and installers, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity

* Liaise with suppliers for materials, hardware, and finishes; manage stock levels of factory consumables

* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards in the factory and on-site

* Coordinate site access, deliveries, and installation logistics with the Project Manager

* Troubleshoot on-site fitting issues and propose practical solutions

* Maintain production and installation records, snag lists, and handover documentation

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery, with both factory/fabrication and site installation experience

* Proven track record fabricating and installing vanities, kitchens, wardrobes, and similar custom joinery

* Strong knowledge of materials (MDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, solid surfaces), hardware, and finishing techniques

* Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings

* Team management experience — able to lead and coordinate factory and site labor

* Arabic language proficiency (spoken) required for communication with workforce/suppliers

* Valid UAE driving license required

* Basic computer literacy for reporting and coordination (WhatsApp, email, simple spreadsheets)

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
