JOINERY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Joinery Factory – Job Description

Responsible for manufacturing, assembling, finishing, and installing custom joinery and interior fit-out items as per approved drawings and specifications. Work includes carpentry, joinery, painting, polishing, upholstery, and site coordination for furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, doors, wall panels, sofas, partitions, and decorative wooden items.

Carpenter / Joinery Carpenter

Responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, laminating, and installing wooden items using woodworking machines and hand tools. Must read technical drawings, measure accurately, and ensure proper finishing and fitting of all joinery works.

Painter / Polisher

Responsible for surface preparation, sanding, staining, spray painting, PU polishing, melamine finishing, and touch-up works for wooden and interior items. Ensure smooth finish, color matching, and quality standards as per client requirements.

Upholstery Technician

Responsible for sofa making, fabric installation, foam fixing, stitching coordination, and upholstery finishing works for chairs, couches, headboards, and custom furniture items. Must ensure neat finishing and proper material handling.

Joinery Foreman / Supervisor

Responsible for supervising factory production, allocating manpower, monitoring daily work progress, coordinating with site and management teams, checking quality standards, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring safe operation of machinery and tools. Must have knowledge of drawings, materials, and complete joinery production processes.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
