Job Highlights
Job Description:
· To assist in supervise the entire team of the Branch consists of Customers Service, Installation and Warehousing Department in ensuring smooth operations of the branch at all time.
· To plan and liaise with sub-contractors in order to improve cost effectiveness and quality of the installation services provided to Customers.
· To ensure all transactions of installations, receiving and issuing of goods are updated on time.
· To maintain high level of safety and housekeeping.
· To liaise or coordinate with HQ for any operations functions as and when deemed necessary.
· To maintain and prepare all related reports and perform detailed analysis for improvement.
· To be responsible for any other assignments related to Branch as well as to support HQ with any other projects so assigned.
Requirements:
· Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
· Awareness of ISO – Quality Management System.
· At least 5 years of working experience in similar field with strong leadership \& communication skill and ability to manage sub-contractors.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Conversant in both spoken and written of Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
· Independent and result oriented with good interpersonal skill and ability to work with all levels.
· Willing to travel between branches as and when necessary.
