About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll install and maintain IT systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support networks and business applications, and help ensure secure, uninterrupted operations.

What You'll Do?

Technical Support

• Install and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications

Systems \& Network Administration

• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity
• Perform system updates, backups, and security patching

IT Operations

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Support video conferencing and mobile devices
• Coordinate with vendors and respond to IT incidents promptly

Skills \& Qualifications

Education \& Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

2–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified) are an advantage
