IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

Pusinfokes Systems is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, operating system, and application issues.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment and inventory.
• Assist with network administration and security best practices.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors when necessary for hardware or software support.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support or technical support is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network administration is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
