We're looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to keep our business-critical systems running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for Infor M3 and its connected applications — resolving issues, improving processes and building capability across the business.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for Infor M3, POS, Customer Portal and Power Apps
- Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes
- Manage user access and roles, maintaining least-privilege controls
- Support releases, testing and post-deployment stabilisation
- Identify improvement opportunities and help streamline workflows
- Deliver training and coaching to users across branches and sites
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and training materials
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in an application or IT support role
- ERP experience is a must — Infor M3 experience highly desirable
- Solid understanding of user access management (Active Directory / Entra ID)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Clear communicator who can translate technical issues for non-technical users
- Security-conscious with good data handling practices
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
