IT Administrator
We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support all technology operations within the company. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can independently manage a small-to-medium business IT environment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for employees and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
* Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices
* Manage Microsoft 365 environment including email, Teams, SharePoint, and user accounts
* Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and access permissions
* Maintain and monitor company network, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches
* Perform regular data backups and verify recovery procedures
* Ensure cybersecurity best practices including antivirus protection, MFA, and password policies
* Coordinate with external IT vendors, internet providers, and software partners
* Maintain inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties
* Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
* Train staff on internal systems and productivity tools
Required Skills \& Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
* Experience with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and backup solutions
* Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Basic understanding of ERP systems and user management
* Knowledge of domain and DNS management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SSL) is a plus
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in a small or medium-sized business environment
* Experience supporting 20+ users
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and remote support tools

* Fast response time to IT support requests
* Maintain stable and secure IT operations
* Ensure successful daily backups and high system uptime
* Provide after-hours support for critical business issues when needed
