Shannon Electrics is a trusted Electrical Wholesaler \& Retailer located in Far Western NSW.

With a reputation built on quality products and exceptional service, we support local trades, businesses, and the wider community.

We’re now looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly team in Broken Hill.

The Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience, your role will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism
• Processing sales orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating timely deliveries
• Assisting with stock control, inventory, and replenishment
• Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions
• Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Performing some manual handling tasks
• Saturday morning work on a rostered basis

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in sales, customer service, or a trade-related role
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (and ability to pick up new systems quickly)
• Reliable, organised, and adaptable in a team environment
• Licensed to drive (mandatory)

Desirable extras:

• Knowledge of electrical products
• Forklift licence
• Background in electrical or related trade
