Job Description:

· Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from project initiation through completion and handover.

· Plan, coordinate, and execute projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Review and coordinate architectural, MEP, joinery, civil, and other relevant drawings to identify and resolve technical issues.

· Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, procurement plans, and manpower requirements.

· Supervise site activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and safety requirements.

· Monitor project progress, costs, material procurement, manpower, and subcontractor performance.

· Conduct regular site meetings and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

· Manage variations, RFIs, material approvals, shop drawings, inspections, and technical submissions.

· Coordinate material selection, procurement, delivery, and installation to prevent delays.

· Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.

· Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

· Prepare progress reports, project updates, and documentation for management and clients.

· Coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, rectification, and final project handover.

· Ensure all project documentation, as-built drawings, O\&M manuals, and handover documents are completed.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
