Job Summary

The Planner Events W.L.L. is looking for a highly creative and experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in events, exhibitions, hospitality, and luxury setups. The ideal candidate must be passionate about transforming concepts into immersive client experiences while maintaining the company’s standards of creativity, quality, and professionalism.

The candidate should have experience handling projects from concept development to execution, with strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior and event design concepts aligned with client requirements and company standards
• Prepare mood boards, presentations, layouts, and 3D visualizations
• Produce detailed drawings and design plans for execution
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, décor elements, and styling details suitable for luxury events and exhibitions
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required
• Ensure all designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, and event innovations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design, events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry
• Must be currently available in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and related design software
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and luxury aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event companies or exhibition industry in Qatar/GCC
• Knowledge of wedding setups, majlis concepts, and hospitality environments
• Strong eye for luxury styling and spatial planning
