We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Brasov!

Key responsibilities

• Providing support for account managers
• Providing telephone and email support for customers
• Gaining customer´s feedback and reporting that to the supervisor and respective account manager
• Collecting and classifying requests from customers
• Items identification in cooperation with the quality department
• All activities related to creating orders
• Maintaining customers master data up to date
• Checking delivery times – cooperation with other departments
• Monitoring and verifying the availability of items, coordination of urgent/special order process (Sales/Customer)
• Creating quotations
• Communication with the warehouse in DC Brno / Tilburg related to logistic, complaints, material ordering

What are we looking for?

You are a team player who has a client-oriented approach and a graduate of higher education with at least middle-class education.

Experience in a sales or customer support department (sales assistance) as well as knowledge in using SAP (or other equivalents of ERP) are considered a plus.

If you have a commercial spirit, a good communication ability, you are a motivated person and eager to learn daily, then these skills will be a plus for our customers and will be a differentiation element.
