About the Role
Within the Carolina Herrera Makeup team, we are looking for an Image & 360 Graduate to support the development and execution of global image campaigns and 360° brand activations. Reporting to the Image & 360 Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across creative development, campaign production, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within a global luxury beauty brand.
The candidate will contribute to bringing the brand's visual identity to life across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, excellence, and innovation throughout the campaign journey.
Creative Development & Brand Image
Conduct visual research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking across the beauty industry
Create and maintain moodboards, creative references, presentations, and campaign toolkits.
Campaign Production & Project Management
360° Campaign Execution
Team Support & Operations
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Premiere & After FX are a plus.
Interest in and familiarity with AI tools and emerging creative technologies.
