HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using HVAC-related software and digital tools, possess excellent computer skills, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Use HVAC software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to record service activities and monitor equipment performance.
• Prepare reports, work schedules, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as required.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI/Technical Certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience using HVAC software, CMMS, or other maintenance management applications.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
