Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman to join our team in the UAE.

2–4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Draftsman

Joining

Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings as per design and project requirements
• Develop ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment coordination drawings
• Coordinate with MEP engineers and BIM teams for design accuracy
• Revise drawings based on consultant and client feedback
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Support coordination and documentation for project execution

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Draftsman
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
