YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM

As an HR Learning and Development Trainee, you will support the HR team in daily activities such as:

• Take knowledge and understand the operation of the Training and Development area;

• To understand and follow the day-to-day tasks associated with the administrative management of the training area to have a transversal contact with the various areas of expertise;

• Understand the concept of planning and organization of training actions, following the entire process from the identification of training needs to its execution, namely: contact with training entities and logistical management of training;

• Take note of the administrative procedures for registering employees, recording attendance and controlling training hours;
• Take knowledge of digital support platforms associated with training management, namely: understand the concept of databases and information update practices;

To understand the importance of managing personal data associated with the RGPD in the context of training management

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology , (or related);
• Be fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2), English (B2), French is a plus;
• Be unemployed and registered in IEFP;
• Be between 18 and 35 years old, except in the case of "estágio de inserção", for which there is no age limit;
• Never have participated in an IEFP internship;

Not have had any employment relationship, service provision or internship with the host organization or any entities within the same group in the 24 months prior to the application.
