- Recruitment process from source, interview and shortlist, making recommendations and providing timely feedback.
- Ensuring smooth running of projects assignment and timeliness of assignment closure.
- Manage day to day HR Administration operations while maintaining \& record personal files with confidentiality.
- Onboarding \& Offboarding - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from seamless integration of new hires to structured exit processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
- Provide administrative support in Employee Relations matters, HR operational matters and prepare HR related letters, memo etc.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Development and manage talent management, career development, succession planning.
- Generate the attendance record and update in respective back-office group.
- Monitor staff attendance and make sure all leave are updated in system.
- Plan \& organize team building activities.
- Assist Chief Operating Officer (COO) to management entire company IT and general admin task.
- Support COO on special assignments or tasks from time to time.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior or the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Familiar with Employment Act and basic HR practices will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required.
