· Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and employee records.
· Handle payroll preparations (Retails\&Departmental), overtime, commissions, staff claims.
· Ensure employee data and HR documentation are properly maintained and updated.
· Administer company policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
· Prepare HR reports including manpower reports, commission reports when required.
· Prepared Journal Voucher when required from Account Department.
· Manage staff disciplinary matters, counseling sessions, and employee relations issues.
· Monitor and maintain biometric/fingerprint attendance systems and staff movement records.
· Handle staff benefits,medical claims, and related HR matters.
· Maintain Record for vehicle company.
· Organize staff activities, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
· Maintain records of company assets, uniforms, fuel card, and tools issued to employees.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
