HR Shared Services (HRSS) is organized into three key functional areas: Total Reward (TR), Talent Development (TD), and Talent Acquisition (TA). To enhance efficiency and strengthen our operations, we are implementing a job rotation strategy. This recruitment drive focuses on hiring a specialist for the Talent Development (TD) team. This positon is Fixed-term employee who has contract period for 12 months.* Talent Development (TD) Operation
1) Assist with leading the development training in conjunction with GLOD team, vendor and COE manager. The role involves enhancing the quality of education programs by managing data related to educational assessments and preparing comprehensive reports. Key responsibilities include:* Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various educational assessments. * Developing detailed reports to inform and improve educational programs. * Collaborating with educators and administrators to ensure data-driven decision-making. * Monitoring the effectiveness of educational initiatives and suggesting improvements. * Maintaining accurate records and databases for ongoing assessment
2) Collaborate with the HRIS team to develop and implement a system that enables employees to efficiently utilize the training platform. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with HRIS specialists to design and optimize the training system. * Ensuring the system is user-friendly and accessible for all employees. * Providing support and training to employees on how to effectively use the system. * Monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments to improve functionality. * Gathering feedback from users to continuously enhance the training experience. Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
