What You'll Do
The Career Development (CD) Specialist is a key member of the Consulting HR team, supporting the career development process for our Consulting staff. Working closely with the CD Manager, Consulting Team, and broader HR teams across the Korea office and Asia Pacific, you will help deliver an effective and high-quality career development process and experience.
This role combines process coordination, stakeholder management, data analysis, and operational excellence. You will manage multiple career development activities throughout the year, including bi-annual Career Development Committee (CDC) cycles, on-going CD meetings, project reviews and feedback processes, and CD reporting and analytics.
We are looking for a self-directed, highly organized, and collaborative individual who takes ownership, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and has a strong service orientation. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing complex processes and large amounts of data, working with stakeholders across different levels, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we support the career development of our Consulting staff.
