Kick-start your HR career with our People Operations team! We are the 1st line to handle HR daily transactions and incoming questions from employees cross Taiwan, China, Singapore and Malaysia.
The People Operations HR representative will deliver HR supports across a wide range of employee services. This is an opportunity for someone with foundational HR operations knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a strong desire to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will contribute to HR transactions, employee support, and administrative activities while learning from experienced team members and building your HR expertise.
People Operations Advisory
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner. Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused support using a First Time Right and end-to-end service approach. Address a broad range of HR topics, proactively identify root causes, and understand underlying customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience from hire to retire. Facilitate new hire orientation, support employees throughout their onboarding journey, and partner with stakeholders to deliver a positive and engaging employee experience across key HR processes.
Process Improvements
Identify and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and employee experience. Partner with stakeholders to streamline operations, reduce waste, and solve root-cause issues. Continuously evaluate existing processes and translate improvement opportunities into actionable execution plans.
Projects
Support regional and global projects by collaborating with stakeholders across functions to ensure timely delivery of project activities and objectives.
Maintain and share process knowledge, documentation, and best practices to support consistent service delivery. Coach and mentor team members through training, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance to build team capability and expertise.
