HR Manager – Help Shape the Future of People at KEYIS
KEYIS is investing in its people as part of an exciting period of growth. We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to work alongside our Fractional Chief People Officer, supporting the delivery of an excellent HR service while helping implement the next phase of our People strategy.
This is a varied role combining hands on operational HR with the opportunity to create and embed new people frameworks, develop our use of the Shapes HRIS, coach managers and continuously improve how we recruit, onboard, develop, pay and support our colleagues.
You'll build on the strong foundations already established, helping us create a consistent, modern and commercially focused people function.
What we're looking for
· CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
· Strong HR generalist background with employment law knowledge.
· Experience implementing HR projects and improving HR systems.
· Payroll processing and administration experience for multiple entities.
· Experience with Shapes HRIS would be highly advantageous.
· Commercial, pragmatic and collaborative approach.
· Willingness to travel regularly across KEYIS sites.
What we offer
· Salary £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
· Minimum three days per week in our Lymm office.
· Direct partnership with an experienced award winning Fractional Chief People Officer.

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
