Demonstration
The HR Geo Services Associate role serves as a critical foundation for long‑term growth within Human Resources.
Through deep exposure to on‑site HR operations, Talent Acquisition, and local practices, the role prepares individuals to develop strong business acumen and people leadership capability.
Over time, associates are expected to build the skills and experience needed to progress into broader or more specialized HR roles, such as HR Business Partner, Regional Geo HR Partners, Regional Total Rewards, depending on individual strengths and business needs. The role supports a future‑ready HR career by fostering adaptability, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to translate global HR strategy into effective local execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnering with UPS management team
- Act as an HR advisor to people managers on routine HR matters by giving accurate feedback and or resolution in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR partners team in other Countries (mainly within APAC), HR Business Partners, Payroll team, and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
2. HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle Services
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support for employees within the assigned geography (Korea), covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to local requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in HR systems (Workday, Websir, etc)
- Support Internal Job changes process including employment letters, job changes, and employee data updates via Workday system.
- Handle daily employee queries related but not limited to HR policies, benefits, leave, and workplace practices.
- Vendor management from renewal, communication, or payment on time.
3. Compliance \& Local Regulation Alignment
- Ensure HR processes and practices comply with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews by providing required HR documentation.
- Monitor regulatory changes within the geography and flag potential impacts to HR policies or practices.
. HR Administration \& Process Improvement
- Prepare and maintain Ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics by its requirement.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and system implementations as required.
Qualification
- Interest in developing yourself into next-level – Recommended
- Bachelor’s degree – Required
- Proficient English Communication skill (Written \& Verbal) – Required
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) – Required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills – Required
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards to Compliance – Required
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- 2 years of HR experience (Recruiting, C\&B, HR Operation) – Preferred
- Experience working with ticketing system, Workday – Preferred
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization – Preferred

- Weekly 40hours
- Mon to Fri (09:00 \~ 18:00, excluding 1 hour lunch break)
